Therefore you will never find a set menu being presented to you. My menus are always custom-tailored to you and your event. By working this way, I feel I am able to fully encompass and bring to life the spirit of your special occasion and provide you with an experience that is truly personalized and special
I work with only the freshest seasonal ingredients
By allowing the seasons to influence the ingredients I use, I am able to capture them at the height of their flavor. All ingredients are hand-picked by me from the local market and farmers market
I only source humanely-treated animals
I source only from purveyors whom I trust and know treat their animals humanely, out of respect for the animals' welfare
